A+ is an average above 9. The tool looks and runs like it just left the factory — the top of the shop.

B is an average from 7 to under 8. Honest use, still a runner, priced that way. Open the product for the aesthetics and functionality /10 breakdown.

Every tool is powered on and run through a functional test by a tech in our shop. We check for play, wear, heat, and any unusual behaviour before assigning a grade.

Milwaukee, Makita, DeWalt, Festool, Snap-on, Hilti, Metabo, and most other professional brands. We don't buy no-name or toy-grade tools.

Fill out our online trade-in form with photos and a description. We'll respond with a quote within 24 hours.

30-day returns on power tools and equipment. 14-day returns on hand tools. Must be in the same condition as sold. We cover return shipping if the item is not as described.
