Items must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.
Email contact@cowboytools.ca with your order number. We issue a return authorization, then refund after we receive the tool (typically 2–3 business days).
Inspect on delivery and report damage within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
Power tools include a 30-day warranty against defects. Hand tools have a 14-day warranty. Normal wear, misuse, and modifications are not covered.
