By accessing this website or placing an order with Cowboy Tools, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the following terms, please do not use our site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

All tools sold by Cowboy Tools are used goods unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each tool is assigned a condition grade (A+, A, B, or C) based on our internal inspection process. Grades reflect cosmetic and functional condition — please read grade descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be received in full before an order ships. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

We aim to ship within 1–2 business days of receiving a confirmed order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping on orders over $500 within Alberta. Delivery timeframes shown are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.

30-day returns on power tools and equipment. 14-day returns on hand tools. To be eligible, the tool must be in the same condition as received and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was misrepresented or arrived damaged.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. The original payment method will be credited. Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

Cowboy Tools' liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. All used tools are sold in accordance with their stated grade; we make no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those described in our grading system.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version to this page with an updated date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
