This Contrex 7300-1602 is specifically configured for a 182TC motor frame with a 1-1/8" bore size. The "w/PU" suffix indicates it includes an internal pull-up resistor, allowing it to interface directly with controllers that do not provide their own pull-up on the sensor inputs. It is a high-performance speed and direction sensing system designed for closed-loop motion control. These kits typically include a Quadrature Sensor II, a 60-tooth gear, and a mounting ring flange for "drop-in" motor installation. Product SpecificationsThe Quadrature Sensor II technology is designed to be more rugged and easier to mount than traditional optical encoders. • Sensor Type: Quadrature Encoder (senses both speed and direction).• Electrical: 5-24 VDC open-collector output with internal pull-up resistor.• Mechanical: Designed for 182TC / 184TC NEMA frame sizes with a 1-1/8" bore and a 60-tooth gear.• Environment: Rated for operating temperatures between -40°C to +125°C.• Performance: Capable of zero-speed sensing up to 10,000 RPM with a 100 kHz frequency limit Brand: Contrex Model: ‎ 7300-1602 Condition: 10/10 Length (in shipping): 13.3” Width (in shipping): 9.5” Height (in shipping): 2.3” Weight: 5.90 lbs.
